Overcoming the hurdles

Life is full of ups and downs, and often we might find ourselves concentrating more on the things that frustrates and annoys us than the things that is to be thankful for and feel delighted about, and at times we might even tend to complain or whine a lot when we let ourselves get engrossed on all the problems that we have been going through. It's human's natural tendency to get frustrated and sad when life knocks us hard and as a result we might not be in the position to think clearly to find a solution as our minds are already filled with all the negative emotions and thoughts (gloom, guilt, worthlessness, lack of confidence, n etc) that we have no room or very little room for a positive thought and outcome, and at such times, letting it out will help us to ease the burden within. And perhaps, with supportive family and friends you will end up feeling lots better: rejuvenated, inspired, motivated and ready to face the challenge with great confidence and positive mind set

However,it might not be the case all the time, when u open your heart to someone,u could be open to criticism as well and to being judged harshly, ending up feeling worse than ever before when the trusted listener opts to say hurtful things instead of the comforting or assuring words that u truly need at the moment. So be mindful of who u share your problem with. You don't always need another individual to ease the pain in your heart and to mold you into becoming a better person when the right person is your very own self, you are the best person to love, comfort, and motivate yourself as they say happiness is a choice and I say you are the navigator of your own emotions.

You choose the desired path of your emotion! I believe it's true, perhaps to some extend,I might not be the happiest person on earth, and being an ordinary human being I have complained and even got super stressed, emotional and depressed.

However,I guess I have realized it pretty soon, thus I pondered and I believe I have gotten the right "fix" for it. Allow me to share them here:

When you are feeling all gloomy, shift your focus on the things that will make u happy and exicted, surround yourself with positive people,go out and breathe some fresh air, watch your favorite movies and comedies. Read an inspiring book, de clutter n clear stuffs around your house,or if possible paint it with ur fav.color/mood boosting colors so u get that positive energy flowing throughout your home and to you, have a plant or even start a garden if u could or want to .If you love animals, get a pet, pray, keep the faith,do charity, help the needy, dance as crazy as u like(with the doors closed ),sing out loud(who cares if any1 thinks ur voice is horrible) try out a new recipe, eat your favorite food, exercise, walk in the park,if u love kids, spend the day watching their cute stunts and mischief,(basically, just do the things that make YOU happy) and also take your time to list down all the things that u r thankful for in each day everyday and see your life changing for the better. Take a break/vacation when u feel lk u badly need one (u will come back refreshed n more productive).

Besides that,we know we should never compare ourselves and our lives with any other person, yes if it leads to jealousy, unhealthy competition and hatred but I think it's important and even healthy to compare our problems and lives with others(the less fortunate ones- NEVER with the intention of belittling them),since it gives us a reason to be more thankful, and to appreciate every little thing that we have that the other don't.

As a result, your problem might not have just vanished but it would definitely seems smaller now, as those little things that u did would have paved a way for a clearer mind,a happier, better you that you are now able to find a solution rather than wasting your energies worrying, being sad and not moving forward .
